It is our pleasure to send weekly Flower bouquets from our Vermont Recycles Flowers program at Chappell's florist in Burlington vt. to our local hospital. Most bouquets are deliver to the ICU waiting rooms but some are shared throughout the reception areas and general public spaces. We hope that Pillsbury Manor and Allenwood residents in South Burlington will love the flowers from Vermont recycles flowers for Mothers Day 2012. When I first started the program, Pillsbury Manor North was the first delivery location. We have received the nicest "thank you" notes from everyone. Chappells florist sends flowers to Pillsbury Manor

When I recieved a request from both Allenwood 90 Allen rd south Burlington vt. and  Pillsbury Manor South 20 Harborview rd south burlington Vermont 05403, I asked the flower volunteers to design some bouquets for pick up weekly. So Vermont Recycles Flowers is donating to both on a weekly basis. Flowers are delivered to those who are ill, and we hope they will get well soon. Flowers also go into the dinner rooms and the reception area. We want everyone to know that we are thinking of them and hope they enjoy the flowers.

Chappells sent pretty bouquets to Birchwood and Starr Farm NH

Again this week our volunteers designed pretty little bouquets, and Chappells delivery drivers delivered them to Birchwood Nursing Home and Facility, 43 Starr Farm rd Burlington vt. 05408 and also to Starr Farm Nursing Home 93 Star Farm rd Burlington Vt. 05408. We often design little vases so more flowers go to more residents.

Chappell's florist delivers joy to Burlington Hospital FAHC

We were given so many beautiful flowers by our donors again this week, that our Vermont Recycles Flowers volunteers designed 5 more bouquets for the Fletcher Allen Health Care Hospital, and Chappell's driver delivered the arrangements to the volunteer room. It is not a well known fact, but wonderful flower volunteers at FAHC deliver flowers and gift baskets every day to the patients for the local florists. Thank you Volunteers! In appreciation, we have sent them some Recycled flowers for their enjoyment!

FLOWERS FOR MOTHER'S DAY sent to nursing homes.

This year Chappell's florist and "Vermont Recycles Flowers" will be delivering little  bouquets of color filled cheerful flowers to local nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and community elderly housing to "spread cheer" on Mother's Day. Our flower arranging volunteers not only design the flowers, but often deliver in burlington  too.......enjoying the many happy comments they receive as they walk in the door.

Chappell's "recycled flowers" program delivered 3 lovely flower bouquets to the ICU waiting rooms at the Fletcher Allen Hospital. The flower volunteers place the little bouquets in the waiting rooms for the enjoyment of the families.

UVM recycles & "Best Value" florist CHAPPELLS does too

Becuase of UVM's pledge to the environment, recycling is prominent on campus. In appreciation, Chappell's florist delivered flowers to the president's office from our "Vermont Recycles Flowers " program, and they were displayed in Watermen at the University of Vermont for everyone's enjoyment.

Colorful FLOWERS sending "thoughts of you" to Hope Lodge.

Vermont recycles Flowers sends colorful spring flowers this week to American Cancer Society Hope Lodge  237 East Ave., Burlington Vt. 05401. This is a regular delivery for us, and we know they appreciate the flowers. The flowers donated to us this week include red and white roses, blue delphinium, green button pomps, hypericum, and freesias.....luscious!

We deliver gorgeous recycled flowers weekly to Vermont Respite House and once a month to Burlington Health and Rehab. We love doing it, and they send us the nicest "thank you" cards. We know we are making a difference by sending the joy of flowers.

For the love of Spring Flowers.....

Our recycled flower bouquets today go to our neighbors in Shelburne. I love receiving email photos of happy folks enjoying a meal with flower bouquets on the table. We love to send bouquets into The Arbors Memory Care and Senior Living 687 Harbor rd, Shelburne, The Lake Champlain Waldorf School 359 Turtle land, Shelburne, Shelburne Community School SCS 345 Harbor rd Shelburne, Wake Robin Senior Community Living and Life Care 200 Wake Robin drive, Shelburne vt., Shelburne Bay Senior Living 185 Pine Haven Shore Dr. Shelburne, vt. We also shared our recycled flowers with our friends at Corbin and Palmer 209 Falls Rd Shelburne vt. They are so generous in artfully displaying our flowers for the loved ones in celebration of life ceremonies. We think they should enjoy a bouquet on their desk or community room too!

Spreading the Joy.......

I receive "thank you " notes every day from Groups receiving these pretty flower bouquets. I so enjoy reading the nice comments! This month we will send out more flowers to elderly housing for Mother's Day. The Cathedral Square group has been very appreciative as we deliver multiple bouquets for their enjoyment. Out goal this week is to deliver fresh flowers to the Fletcher Allen ICU waiting rooms, Fanny Allen Rehab facility,  Ronald McDonald house and The Respite House.
